As a marketing consultant with over 20 years of experience, I enjoy helping clients with a wide variety of marketing issues. Areas of professional expertise include brand strategy development, insight generation and trend analysis/perspective.
Prior to founding the firm, I was a Management Supervisor at 141 Worldwide, with clients such as Expedia, Xbox, Callaway Golf, Jim Beam and Parmalat. My agency background also includes firms such as Leo Burnett, FCB and Sapient, and encompasses many Fortune 500 brands including Kellogg's, Kraft, SC Johnson, Nokia and Verizon.
I work with clients both directly and via consulting firms/agencies. Projects vary widely, and include conducting ethnographic research, focus group moderation, naming/identity development, brand strategy definition, trend analysis/perspective, expert blogging, new business strategies and meta-trend identification. Clients range from international market research firms to start-ups and consulting groups.
I have a degree in Anthropology and Psychology from Connecticut College and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Michigan. I have has also trained at the Burke Institute, the Creative Problem Solving Institute and the University of Chicago.
